​DesignHER Skills 2026 is a 4-day immersive creative leadership intensive for Black girls aged 15–19 hosted at Canva HQ, London. Powered by Black Girls In Design and Canva, the programme is designed to help participants move beyond simply creating and begin to think strategically, communicate confidently, and lead creatively.

​💡 Through collaborative challenges, creative problem-solving, leadership development, and hands-on learning, participants will build future-ready skills for the creative economy.
