About Event
Kicking off our April discussions on the theme of Matrilineal Grief, we have author Min Jin Lee's historical fiction novel, Pachinko.
Join us as we discuss the journey and themes of the life led by four generations of a Korean family while living in Japan, painted by the author as
"I wanted to explore the idea that life is like trying to win a game, which may have been designed to make the player lose."
While we'll be focussing on the novel, you're more than welcome to join us even if you've just watched the Apple TV series!
