Sound Healing Circle for Moms, Babies & Friends

Join us for an afternoon of deep rest.

We're gathering at July Baby Pilates Studio for a sound healing session: a gentle, grounding hour of tones, vibration and stillness designed to melt away the noise of everyday life. Bring your little ones, bring a blanket, bring yourself. This one's especially for moms and babies, but everyone is warmly welcome. You don't need to be a mom to join us. If you simply wish to experience a sound bath, take some time for yourself, you're just as welcome here as anyone rocking a baby.

No experience needed. Just come as you are, lie back and let the sound do the rest.

We would like to start at 10:30, so please arrive a little early to settle in.
