AAJA NY: Community Yoga & Crystal Meditation Inside New Yorker Hotel

​Feeling stressed by the media industry and curious about yoga, meditation, or simply taking a moment to breathe post-convention?

​Join AAJA NY for our first community yoga and meditation event, a restorative morning designed for journalists, storytellers, and media professionals to slow down, reconnect, and be in community.

​The event will feature Vinyasa Yoga led by AAJA’s very own Beena Raghav (journalist and AAJA board member), followed by a guided meditation with Daisy Tamberino, founder of Earth Angel Crystal and a psychic medium. Come move, meditate, explore the space, and hang out with fellow journalists in a more grounded setting.

​This event is generously supported by Earth Angel Crystal at the New Yorker Hotel. Come as you are. No prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Mats and refreshments will be provided.

​Ticket proceeds will go toward supporting the community space and future AAJA NY programming.
