10 Steps to Making the Most of Membership: Report Launch

​Join New Citizen Project for a deeper dive into our latest report 10 Steps to Making the Most of Membership, in conversation with the brilliant participants from our membership collaborative programme and special guest Mark Robinson-Field, Member Participation Manager at Co-op.

​This event will also mark the launch of our new Participatory Membership Community of Practice, an opportunity for membership professionals to continue this conversation, as well as benefitting from a network of peer-support, top sector speakers and workshops covering things like building confidence in this different way of working. We're going to run this as a free pilot for the first year, with the chance to help us shape its direction, and we'd love for you to be involved.

​This call is for open to anyone interested in the work, but we think it'll particularly be of interest to heads and directors of membership, membership managers and all others working in membership or development.
