

Zesty Life Club - Retreat
For October, we’re doing something a little extra special to decompress before the busyness of the holiday season descends.
Here’s the plan:
10:30-12:30 - Brunch + Group Session at Rize Fishers
We’ll have brunch, reflect on the year, and set intentions for the holiday season and beyond.
12:30-1:00 - Transition Time → Get to Prana Yoga, Change Clothes (if needed)
1:00 PM - Boxing + Yoga Class at Prana Yoga

If you'd rather pass on the boxing class, no worries, we can say goodbye after brunch. It's a lot of fun and a very encouraging atmosphere, so if you're the tiniest bit curious, I'd really encourage you to try it :)
