In this 60mins Sound Bath Crystal Bowls, chimes, and ocean drums for will be played will be played throughout. To calm your Nervous System and promote rest and relaxation. Mats, and bolsters provided, but please feel free to bring anything you would need to be comfortable on the floor.
Your Host Shewon McGee has been trained since 2009 in Vibration Therapy and Sound Meditation. She does Intuitive Bodyworker, Energywork, and is an End-of-Life Doula. Her purpose is to bring a calming voice to the community through love, kindness, and compassion.
The cost of this event is $30 per person and is for 10ppl only. Keeping the group small will promote a personal experience.
