MRC New Runners Run

​Have you been a little nervous to check out MRC? Think we're too fast? Haven't gotten up early enough yet? Now's your chance.

​We’re extending a warm welcome to brand new runners / returning runners / new to the city runners who want to know what we’re about.

​Come meet our Captains and have someone to run with at any pace. We’ll have Captains to run fast, or to run slow (and even walk).

​And we're getting bagels and coffee at the newly opening Supermensch after! Brand new spot, they're opening early for us 🖤

​This run (and all of our runs) are a safe, welcoming space to dip your toe in a new fitness habit — we're all about routine, accountability and community. Here to help inspire you to reach your fitness goals (or just meet someone new).
