This month, our quest brings us to SLATE inside the Provo Marriott! While it's tucked inside the hotel, it operates as a hidden upscale-casual spot serving fantastic scratch-cooked American fare.
⚠️ A Quick Heads-Up on Table Service:
Unlike our usual fast-casual counter spots, SLATE is a sit-down table service restaurant. Because server timing can get a bit tricky with larger groups, it’ll work best if we get settled around the same time.
Best Arrival Time (11:00 AM): Aim to get there right at 11:00 AM so we can get everyone seated, order smoothly, and eat together.
Running Late? No stress! If you can’t make it right at 11:00 AM, you are still very welcome to drop in. Just keep in mind that ordering on your own schedule with a server might take a little extra time—but grab a seat, jump right into the networking, and grab a drink or bite when you can!
