Smoke and Flow: Summer Sessions
welcome to yoga infused with herb park sessions to get us back to nature. this summer we are actually touching grass. come together to flow and build community in an open space. classes are donation based
for this event we partnered with Yerba Buena located in Cobble hill. we are fortunate to have them as a partner where they'll be gifting us goodie bags for today's participants.
this is open to everyone OF AGE with any level of practice. feel free to infuse your practice or not. all are truly welcomed and encouraged to make the practice their own while creating something as a whole.
this is meant to be flowy and fun. connect with yourself while connecting with others.
mother nature plays by her own rules. adjustments due to weather will be made at the earliest opportunity.
water is our friend. please bring some and stay hydrated. the ground is sometimes more dirt than grass so could be helpful to bring a towel so that your mat doesn’t wind up too dirty.
