Pediatric Fever: What a Peds EM Expert Wants You to Know
Your next patient is a febrile infant. The guidelines shifted again, and you don't reach for them every shift. Now what?
If that moment makes you tense up a little, you're in good company, and this session is for you.
Join Hippo Education for a one-hour conversation with Solomon Behar, MD, a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician and host of Peds RAP. Emergency Medicine physician Geoff Comp, DO, asks the questions you'd want answered, working through cases along the way.
Here's what they'll get into:
How to apply an age-based approach to pediatric fever
How to let guidelines and clinical findings steer your testing and treatment
How to recognize concerning causes of persistent fever
How to make a safe call on disposition and follow-up
Bring your questions to the live Q&A. This is your chance to ask a Pediatric Emergency Medicine expert directly.
