​Conversations on global mobility have largely focused on visas, migration pathways and destination-side demand. The missing piece lies earlier, in the systems that let talent move abroad with trust, dignity and readiness.

​The GATI Dialogue brings together a select group of global leaders, from governments, funders, multilateral institutions, employers and ecosystem organisations, for a closed-door conversation on building the infrastructure behind global skills mobility.

​We'll explore a shift already underway: labour migration has long been shaped by development gaps and distress. A new wave is emerging, driven by demography, as fast-ageing, high-income economies face structural workforce shortages. How should governments, employers and institutions prepare, and what does readiness look like on both sides of the corridor?
