Navigating U.S. Immigration as a Citizen of a Travel Ban Country
As of January 1, 2026, the United States travel ban now covers 39 countries under Presidential Proclamation 10998, affecting millions of people navigating or pursuing U.S. immigration pathways. The policy operates on two levels: it restricts visa issuance and entry at U.S. consulates abroad, and it imposes a separate USCIS adjudication hold on immigration benefit applications filed by nationals of these countries, including I-140 petitions, adjustment of status, employment authorization, and naturalization cases.
This webinar cuts through the noise, misinformation, and panic circulating in online communities to give affected individuals an accurate, grounded, and strategic understanding of what is happening and what they can still do.
