​Ron Carucci is co-founder and managing partner of Navalent, where he has spent more than 30 years advising CEOs and executives through major transformation. He is a TED speaker and the bestselling author of several books, including To Be Honest: Lead with the Power of Truth, Justice and Purpose.

​Sebastian Little is a consultant at Navalent and Ron's colleague and co-author, working with leaders and organisations on leadership development and change.
