Through guided ritual, conscious connection, self-touch, partner and group practices, we'll explore what it means to create intimacy that is rooted not in performance or people-pleasing, but in honesty, curiosity, and mutual consent.

listening to the wisdom of the body
expressing desire with authenticity
giving and receiving with presence
navigating attraction with discernment
saying yes with your whole body
saying no with kindness and confidence

We'll begin with facilitated practices designed to help you arrive, settle into your body, and cultivate meaningful connection with yourself and others. From there, the space gently opens into self-directed exploration, where you're welcome to connect, witness, rest, or simply follow your curiosity at your own pace.
