Alignment Cubed: Is your leadership team building the same organisation?
BDO is proud to be hosting an interactive leadership workshop in collaboration with Alignment Cubed: “Is your leadership team building the same organisation?”
As businesses grow and become more complex, keeping senior decision makers aligned becomes harder. Board and C-suite leaders can each make entirely reasonable decisions, yet different assumptions about strategy, people, structure and culture can gradually pull an organisation in different directions.
How do you recognise when this is happening – and what does it mean for the organisation you are becoming?
This highly interactive workshop will bring together a small group of Board and C-suite leaders. Through practical exercises, Alignment Cubed's Identity Game and peer discussion, we will explore:
Why alignment becomes harder as organisational complexity increases.
How different assumptions between senior leaders can shape the organisation that emerges; and
How to apply a simple diagnostic lens to your own organisation and the challenges ahead.
The aim is not to prescribe what your organisation should look like, but to provide a different lens through which to consider three questions:
What kind of organisation are we becoming?
Is that what we intended?
And is it what we need for the next stage of our development?
