Dinner: 1730 to 2130 HRS (5.30PM to 7.30PM)
Night Out: 2330 to 0600 HRS (11.30PM, 17 July to 6.00AM, 18 July)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This invitation is for a personally curated, invite-only private get-together/night out. It is not a concert, performance, paid appearance, endorsement, promotional campaign, or commercial activation involving any featured guest.
Any featured celebrity guest who attends does so solely in a personal and social capacity. No venue, host, collaborator or supporting party may claim or imply any partnership, endorsement or direct collaboration with the featured celebrity guest or his team.
This Luma page is used solely for registration, attendance management, and check-in for the private get-together/night out. This invitation & your registration are purely for the purpose of entry into the gated location. It is not a public invitation, ticket sale, public event announcement, or offer of admission.
All registrants must accept and sign the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement and Event Terms before their registration can be submitted. Acceptance of those terms does not guarantee approval or admission.
Submitting a registration and receiving an automated Luma email acknowledging its receipt do not constitute confirmation of attendance or entitlement to admission.
Every registration is subject to review by APEX AURA | FRIENDS EDITION. If your registration is approved, you will receive a Luma approval confirmation and personal QR code used for the purpose of entry into the respective gated locations, at which point you will be considered a confirmed guest, subject to these Terms and applicable admission requirements.
QR codes are personal and non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, forwarded, or reproduced, as we have safeguards against it - explained below.
Entry will be denied if the guest’s name on their physical government-issued identification document, driving licence or Singpass Digital IC does not match the name displayed below their Luma QR code at the point of entry.
Confidential details and instructions relating to the private get-together/night-out, including the EXACT LOCATIONS, will be sent via email, exclusively to confirmed guests 48 HOURS before the scheduled start time.
This will be the THIRD EMAIL you receive:
The first email acknowledges your registration.
The second email confirms approval and provides your QR code for check-in.
The third email provides the exact locations and final instructions.
