7 at 7 - PGC BCN Sunrise Jog

​7 at 7 is back — this time in sunny Barcelona! 🌞

Join Emil (Metaplay), Nathan (Kohort), and James (Mode7) for a ~7K sunrise run along the Barcelona beachfront at 7AM on June 15th. Golden hour, sea breeze, sandy views – not a bad way to start your PGC morning.

We meet at Plaça del Mar (Barceloneta). After a quick warm-up, we'll head out along the beach walk at a 6-7 min/km conversational pace, perfect for both beginners and seasoned runners:
