Kick off your Saturday with a strength session designed to build the muscles that help you run stronger, move better, and stay steady on your feet. Led by Sudhir Kesharwani, this workout will focus on the key areas runners need most, with a fun, energetic vibe to get you moving and leave you feeling fired up for the weekend.
After the training, stay back for a quick recovery yoga session to help your body unwind, reset, and recover well. It is a great way to start the day, push yourself a little, and finish feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes next.
