Join us at Project Latte, Staten Island’s experiential beverage studio, for an interactive evening where you’ll learn the foundations of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and beginner latte art using commercial café equipment.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore the essential techniques professional baristas use every day—from understanding espresso extraction and proper dosing to steaming silky microfoam and creating your very first latte art pours.
Rather than watching from the sidelines, you’ll spend the evening behind the espresso machine practicing each technique with guidance from our instructor in a relaxed, small-group environment where questions and conversation are encouraged.
During the workshop you’ll:
