About Event

A hands-on half-day for medtech and digital health teams — free, with lunch.

Every medtech and digital health company travels the same road: design a study, clear the regulatory bar, prove value for market access, and keep the evidence flowing after launch. Get the order right and the path to market is smoother; get it wrong and it means expensive rework.

After a short opening — including an introduction to clinical evidence, the thread that runs through the whole day — the heart of the event is three focused roundtables, shaped by the challenges attendees shared when registering. Pick the two most relevant to where you are and bring your real questions to experts who've solved these problems before:

  • Getting evidence right from the start — study design, feasibility, regulatory strategy & clinical evaluation

  • Software, quality & AI — the SaMD pathway, quality systems, eQMS & AI in regulation

  • Proving it in the real world — post-market surveillance, market access & real-world evidence

You'll be in the room with Ledidi and partners Revolve Healthcare, Blüm Health, Mantra Systems, MedQdoc and NordicRWE, plus regulatory and clinical experts Tatsiana Ripich and Mohammad (Albatat Consulting) — covering every stage from feasibility to real-world proof.

Who it's for: founders and teams in medtech and digital health — from early-stage startups to growing SMEs — plus researchers and clinicians plugging into the ecosystem. Tables are kept small so everyone gets airtime — you'll work your challenge, not just hear about it.

Free to attend, lunch included. Places are limited and first-come, first-served — register to hold your spot.

(Timings provisional and may shift slightly.)
