โThey are designed to bring women together through shared outdoor experiences that build confidence, friendships, and connection!
โ๐ Why join us
โ๐ Do something you love and meet women who love it too
โ๐โโ๏ธ Explore beautiful trails and challenge yourself gently
โ๐ฏโโ๏ธ Connect, reflect, and share stories over a cozy picnic
โโจ Shake up routine and bring more play and adventure into winter
โ๐๏ธ Find inspiration and accountability for the adventures you want to create in the months ahead
โThis space is being co-created with its members, with the intention of keeping adventure affordable and accessible for women based in Melbourne.
โIt stems from my own experience of arriving in Melbourne 6 years ago and craving a tribe of adventure-loving women to explore the outdoors with.
โIf youโre a migrant, expat, or local craving connection with like-minded women who love adventure, this place is for you ๐ฟ
โ๐โโ๏ธโโก๏ธ Who this event is for
โThis Adventure Day is designed for women who already enjoy running, whether on roads or trails, as well as women who are curious about trail running and want to give it a go in a supportive environment.
โWomen in the community shared that trail running is something theyโve been wanting to try, so this Adventure Day is intentionally designed for them to feel approachable, playful, and non-intimidating.
โNo trail running experience is required, but you should feel comfortable running 6km on flat ground and be injury-free ๐
โ๐ซ The Adventure Circle
โAfter the trail run, weโll gather for a cozy picnic and an intentional moment of connection.
โThe Adventure Circle is a space held after the Adventure part of the day to slow down, reflect, and have the kinds of conversations we rarely make time for in everyday life.
โThrough guided activities, prompts, journaling, and group sharing, weโll reflect on the past month, celebrate moments that made us feel alive, and set intentions for the adventures we want to create next.
โYouโll never be pressured to share more than you want to, but the intention is to create a space where women can connect more deeply, feel inspired, and leave with new ideas, and friendships.

โHey, Iโm Ines ๐
โAdventure has been the red thread of my life.
โFrom climbing trees and building dams as a kid to living in 8 countries, summiting mountains, walking on a glacier in Patagonia, running a 50km trail race, completing my first triathlon, and exploring alpinism in the Italian Alpsโฆ
โโฆcuriosity has always guided me ๐งญ
โAdventure has never been about ticking boxes or adrenaline for me
โโ itโs about:
โPresence
โSelf-trust
โAnd the magic that happens when we connect to nature, ourselves, and each other ๐ซ
โLooking forward to spending an adventurous day together โจ
