Un workshop online di 75 minuti che intreccia yoga, respirazione, riflessione ed espressione creativa per esplorare il proprio vissuto linguistico attraverso corpo e movimento.
Faremo insieme un autoritratto linguistico attraverso una sequenza di movimento e meditazione che ci permetterà di accedere al nostro vissuto linguistico, non solo con la mente ma altre con il corpo. Alla fine ci sarà un momento di condivisione (facoltativa) e ascolto.
Anna Aresi, PhD. È una traduttrice e language educator specializzata nel multilinguismo. Da più di 10 anni lavora con bambine e bambini italofoni e multilingui e le loro famiglie. È anche un'insegnante certificata di yoga e pranayama. Questo workshop nasce proprio all'intersezione di questi due percorsi.

Rooted in Language is a 75-minute online workshop weaving together yoga, breathwork, reflection, and creative expression to explore your linguistic journey through body and movement.
Together, we'll explore our linguistic self-portrait through a sequence of movement and meditation that lets us access our linguistic experience, not just with the mind but with the body too. We'll close with an optional moment of sharing and listening.
Anna Aresi, PhD, is a translator and language educator specializing in multilingualism. For more than 10 years, she has worked with Italian-speaking and multilingual children and their families. She is also a certified yoga and pranayama teacher. This workshop was born at the intersection of these two paths.
