​These monthly rooftop sessions are led by Niamh Byron, somatic coach and facilitator, whose work blends movement, breath and nervous system awareness. Expect a slow, intentional flow designed to reconnect body and mind, with space to reset, release and realign.

​It's less about perfect poses, more about presence, a chance to try somatic yoga in a quiet urban escape, with the city just within reach.
