The Missing Middle
A small, founders-only meetup in Indiranagar this Saturday. No pitches, no decks.
Every early-stage founder in Bangalore hits the same wall. You ask your lawyer something, he says check with your CA. You ask the CA, he says that's a legal question. Nobody owns the middle, and that's exactly where the expensive mistakes hide, a missed filing, a form nobody tracked, a deadline that slips until it becomes a fine.
This is a room to talk about that, honestly, with people who've actually lived it. If you're a founder, or you run legal or finance at an early-stage company, you'll find your people here.
Format: informal, small group, open conversation. Bring the war story you haven't told anyone yet.
Who should come: founders, and the legal or finance people they work with, at early-stage Bangalore companies.
