Regen Commons Session 3 — Growing the Membrane: Spaces & Relationships

​Our third and final onboarding call is the closing of an arc. Over our time together we've shared who we are, mapped what we're building across the forms of capital, and watched the trust in this circle deepen. This gathering turns toward what comes next.

​The question at the heart of it: what do you want to see the commons become?

​We'll move into small breakout pods around three areas that have surfaced across the cohort:

​Funding & Legitimacy — the support that helps your work get funded and taken seriously.
Resources & Knowledge — the substrate that makes your work visible to members and funders.}
Mentorship & Relationships — the trust, learning, and mutual support we want between us.

​Each of us will move through two of the three, working live on a shared board. Come ready to name what you need and what you'd love the commons to hold or help make visible. Think concrete: a space worth gathering around, a group whose work we should amplify, a way members could support one another.

​To get the most from the hour: Join from a laptop if you can, since we'll be working on a shared board together. Bring one need and one offer. And come as you are. There are no wrong contributions here.
