Boundaries, Babe.
A virtual conversation for moms: Because being a good mom doesn't mean saying yes to everything.
Boundaries, Babe is an interactive therapist-led conversation about navigating family expectations, managing guilt, and setting boundaries ahead of the holiday season.
Just in time for the holidays, you'll receive practice tools for how to navigate boundaries in a supportive community.
Suggested donation of $15, a portion of proceeds will benefit Postpartum Support International
This workshop is led by two therapists (and moms themselves):
Dr. Vanessa Vitiello, PsyD: Dr. Vanessa Vitiello is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health, motherhood, and major life transitions. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders at The Motherhood Center in NYC and is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). Through her private practice, she supports women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and the mental load of motherhood. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and mind-body practices to help women build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and prioritize their well-being. As both a psychologist and a mom, Vanessa brings professional expertise, lived experience, and a healthy dose of humor to helping women navigate the realities of motherhood.
Kamille Stine, LMHC, LPC, PMH-C: Kamille is a New York University-trained therapist with 14+ years of clinical experience. She specializes in perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Kamille provides virtual individual therapy for clients across New Jersey and New York. Her passion as a therapist is to walk alongside professionals, working parents, and moms at all stages of parenthood as they navigate their mental health and everything in between. She is also a mother of three young children and understands firsthand the importance of support and community.
