​Slow rhythmic breathing techniques from SOMA Breath are generally safe for most individuals.

​However, intense breathwork practices should NOT be practiced in case of:

​• Severe respiratory diseases or infections
• Severe uncontrolled hypertension
• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy, pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat (unless medically approved)
• Organ failure or advanced terminal illness

​Avoid practice if:

​• You have a full stomach
• You have flu or fever
• You are driving or operating machinery
• You are in water
