​What happens when we leave the noise behind for a few hours?

​Together with Absent Lisbon and Marie from Baseline, we’re heading into Monsanto for an intentional phone-free hike a morning to move, reflect and reconnect without the constant pull of notifications.

​📍 Percurso Volta do Planalto (início), PRPG+CWC, Lisbon

​🥾 Approx. 8 km

​🌱 All levels welcome

​Before we set off, we’ll take a few minutes together for a mini grounding practice with Marie nothing complicated, just enough to arrive in your body before we start walking.

​Then we’ll begin offline and in silence, moving, breathing, noticing. We know silence can sound like a lot to sit with if your mind gets busy, Marie will offer a few simple tools to come back to along the way.

​Halfway through, we’ll break the silence and open the trail to conversation and connection, shifting from time with ourselves to time with the people walking beside us. 🤍

​And the No Signal Sunday doesn’t have to end there. 📵 A few of us will meet later that afternoon at Absent Lisbon to continue the phone-free day together a space dedicated to spending intentional time away from our phones to connect, read, create, talk or simply be.
