​Join Sashamama in the Field as we welcome the change of season and our family systems for a profound equinox workshop inviting you to See with a new lens.

​We inherit more than our DNA. We can inherit patterns around money, success, relationships, belonging, health, sacrifice, responsibility, and what we believe we’re allowed to have. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating a story we never consciously chose — tangled in a knot that began long before us.

​In this experience, we bring these hidden dynamics into view through presence, the body, movement, and representation. By witnessing what has been operating beneath the surface, we create space for something new: a different relationship to yourself, your family system, and the life you’re here to live.

​This is not about blaming the past or fixing your family.

​It is about seeing what is true at the root of the Soul, honouring what came before, and laying down what was never yours to carry.
