Metagov's Interoperable Deliberative Tools Project Networking
The Interoperable Deliberative Tools RFP (Request For Proposals) is an initiative supported by a grant from the Mina Foundation. Within it we aim to enhance and integrate deliberative tools within digital governance ecosystems, creating more composable workflows for deliberative governance.
For this call, we're hoping to see how we might be able to traverse our different projects and create collaborations between us. You're welcome to this call if you're working on a deliberative tooling project or would like to collaborate with other projects.
We'll have 1 hour where we'll go through a series of activities to see how we might connect each of our tools.
We'll kick off with a short ‘networking’ round where everyone gains context on what others are working on and figures out together one small way they might be able to connect their tools. (20 mins)
Everyone spends 5 minutes prioritizing one connection or creating a 'chain' of relevant connections.
We'll go into breakouts for 5-10 minutes to share your chains + connections. Everyone is free to build on each other's chains, wheels, or ideal Connection.
We take around 15 minutes to dig into what happened + make sure that everyone documented the connections they were thinking of making in the Notion.
