Tīna Lūse – Managing Director at Fintech Latvia Association and Attorney at Law
Legal and fintech leader with experience across business, regulation and industry development. Since 2021, Tīna has led Fintech Latvia Association, bringing together fintech companies, regulators and other key industry stakeholders. With a background as an attorney and former Baltcom board member, she brings a practical perspective on how collaboration across different sectors can create opportunities and move industries forward.
Inta Buša – Entrepreneur & COO at Investoru Klubs, Forbes 30 under 30
Entrepreneur and community builder with experience across leadership, investing and business. From becoming a CEO at 24 and working with brands like Samsung, LEGO and Coca-Cola to building investment communities and teaching at Riga Stradiņš University, Inta brings a broad perspective on how people, ideas and opportunities come together.
Roman Shedlovskiy – Fintech Growth Executive at Debitum Investments
10+ years in growth and marketing across Riga’s fintech scene, including several CMO roles and his own growth consultancy. Roman also mentors at SSE Riga and contributes to the Fintech Latvia Association’s investment firm expert group.
Eduard Raudonis – Co-founder & CEO of Unitoq
A fintech founder working at the intersection of technology and real estate, with a hands-on perspective on building a company, creating partnerships, and the relationships that help turn ideas into something real.
