Dean Lee began his research career in neuroscience at Harvard, studying the developing mammalian cortex. Witnessing the data revolution driven by next-generation sequencing, he pivoted to computational biology, where he now leverages large-scale genomic data to guide oncology drug development.
Throughout his industry career, Dean has applied computational insights to antibody therapeutics at small-scale biotech and, more recently, at Novartis, where he contributes to an extensive portfolio of oncology programs.
Beyond his industry work, Dean is a dedicated educator in the bioinformatics community.
