This is Part 2 of our Evidence Ladder workshop — and we're going deeper.
In Part 1, we talked about how to name your fear and break it down so it loses its grip. We introduced the Evidence Ladder: building a case for yourself using real proof of what you're capable of, so fear stops being the loudest voice in the room.
