Internal Qigong opening
Awakening of Qi · 30 min
We open and activate the vital lifeforce, Qi pathways, through internal martial arts opening practice. A grounded opening that awakens the internal force & reestablishes inner order.
Kenjutsu — The Way of the Sword
Samurai Lineage · 75 min
Rooted in samurai traditions and Jisei Budo lineage — we explore fundamental posture, footwork, and sword movement. Kenjutsu forms meet Taijutsu awareness. Precision not as effort, but as clarity made visible.
Japanese Tea Ceremony
Chado · 30 min
We close in stillness. The tea ceremony as a stillness practice. Cultivating clarity, presence, and meditative awareness through the ancient path of Chado.
Closing 13:00.
Group lunch (optional)
After-practice Ramen lunch gathering at the Ramen place near the dojo, to connect and nourish. Not included in the ticket. Details shared on the day.
