About Event

Where precision meets stillness — a journey through Qi energy, Samurai sword tradition, and the Way of the Tea as a ritual of stillness.

PROGRAM

Arrival 10:00am - 10:30am.

Internal Qigong opening

Awakening of Qi · 30 min

We open and activate the vital lifeforce, Qi pathways, through internal martial arts opening practice. A grounded opening that awakens the internal force & reestablishes inner order.

Kenjutsu — The Way of the Sword

Rooted in samurai traditions and Jisei Budo lineage — we explore fundamental posture, footwork, and sword movement. Kenjutsu forms meet Taijutsu awareness. Precision not as effort, but as clarity made visible.

We close in stillness. The tea ceremony as a stillness practice. Cultivating clarity, presence, and meditative awareness through the ancient path of Chado.
