About Event

Up your butchery skills in the kitchen with this whole chicken workshop.

We'll be learning how to truss a whole chicken, breaking it down and boning techniques.

Each participant will take home 2 air chilled chickens from Fenwood Farms.

Please tie back long hair and wear closed toed shoes. Knives and aprons are provided.
