​A morning for people who believe 5AM is either a beautiful time to be alive… or something they’re willing to try once.

​UP & OUT is a morning social wellness experience by After Dawn Community × ASNK? × Dawata, happening at Eia by Dawata on October 18.

​We start before the city properly wakes up.

​Move with us. Stretch. Breathe. Have coffee. Eat something. Meet humans. Listen to music. Stay longer than you planned.

​THE MORNING

​4:30 AM — Registration opens
5:00 AM — Assembly + Community Run
After the run — Yoga
Then: recovery, coffee, food, drinks, music + community

​And because ASNK? is involved, you will not be allowed to simply stand around looking mysterious.

​Expect buddy systems, little missions, intention-setting, conversation prompts, prizes and tiny excuses to interact with people you don't know yet.

​Come alone. Come with your friends. Come half-awake.

​We'll take it from there.
