Atlanta AI Safety Sprint - Georgia Tech AISI
Join the AI Safety Initiative at Georgia Tech for the Atlanta AI Safety Sprint from October 23rd to October 25th! We're hosting a dedicated local co-working hub for the Apart Research Hackathon on campus.
Whether you are an AISI fellow building an initial prototype for your fellowship project, an experienced safety researcher, or a student curious about technical alignment and governance, this weekend is designed to help you build fast and collaborate closely with peers. Work alongside fellow builders, receive hands-on guidance from AISI executives and experienced mentors, join watch parties for official hackathon speakers, and compete for exclusive local GT AISI track prizes and swag.
Plenty of pizza, snacks, and drinks will be provided throughout the weekend to fuel your late-night coding and research sessions!
Date: Friday, October 23 - Sunday, October 25
Location: Georgia Tech Campus (Room details TBD)
Food: We expect to provide snacks and one meal.
