About Event

You’re building your career, supporting aging parents, maybe raising children of your own - and somehow trying to stay grounded through it all. The Juggle Is Real is a refreshing spring evening designed specifically for professionals navigating life in the “in-between” years.

Join us for an elevated evening of cocktails and community connection that blends meaningful conversation with a genuinely enjoyable night out. Connect with peers who understand the unique pressures of balancing career ambition, family responsibility, and the evolving needs of aging parents.

The evening will feature a dynamic panel of experts from the aging and care space who will share practical guidance on preparing for what’s ahead, navigating tough conversations, managing stress, and building sustainable support systems - without sacrificing your own goals or well-being. There will also be time for questions so you can get answers to what's on your mind.

What to expect:

  • A curated cocktail reception with intentional community building

  • A candid, solutions-focused expert panel + Q&A, offering practical insights

  • A supportive, professional community that “gets it”

  • An energizing atmosphere - good vibes only

This is not a seminar. It’s a smart, modern space to learn, connect, and feel less alone in the juggle.

Meet Our Panelists:

Minnelle Williams is an Estate & Legacy Educator who brings warmth, compassion, and a personal touch to guiding families through illness and end-of-life planning. She blends professional expertise with real-life stories to create meaningful, and approachable conversations around topics many prefer to avoid.

With many years of experience as a licensed Funeral Director and Death Doula, Minnelle understands the importance of making important decisions before the most difficult moments arise. Her insights and perspectives have been featured as a speaker and on multiple news platforms, where she helps audiences navigate complex conversations around care, planning, and legacy with clarity and heart.

Through her platform, Ending Well with Minnelle, she shares trusted resources, workshops, and engaging content across social media and YouTube, encouraging people to live purposefully while planning with intention. Her work supports individuals, caregivers, and families at every stage of life, helping them create legacies that reflect their values.

Elizabeth Mohler is a PhD candidate in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Western University, with research focused on disability policy, care, and the everyday realities of navigating support systems. Her academic work critically examines how policies shape understandings of independence, care, and participation, with a particular focus on direct funding models.

Elizabeth brings both professional and personal insight to this work as a disabled sibling caregiver, navigating care relationships from a position that challenges traditional assumptions about who gives and receives care. Alongside her academic and advocacy work, she is also a triathlete, reflecting her commitment to redefining what disability, care, and participation can look like in practice.

Daniel Clarke is the Founder and CEO of Elderado, a platform dedicated to making elder care navigation easier for families, caregivers, and professionals.

After seeing firsthand how difficult it can be to find clear, trustworthy information about elder care options, Daniel built Elderado to simplify the process. Today, Elderado helps families search, compare, and connect with retirement and long-term care homes across Ontario, offering a free, transparent resource that empowers better decision-making during some of life’s most important transitions.

Daniel works closely with hospitals, Ontario Health Teams, and community organizations to improve how families access elder care information and reduce pressure on frontline healthcare workers.

Known for his community-driven approach, Daniel actively brings people together across the senior living sector. He created initiatives like the Eldie Awards, celebrating standout experiences in retirement homes, and the Tour de Thanks, a cycling fundraiser recognizing frontline staff and raising awareness for elder care.

Daniel is focused on building a more connected, accessible elder care system across Canada, with plans to expand Elderado nationwide.

Emma Brown, Founder & CEO of Whimble, is an entrepreneur with a unique background in chemical engineering, science communication, and nonprofit management. Emma’s personal journey fuels her drive: with over 30 years of experience providing backup care for a loved one with disabilities, she understands firsthand the precariousness of the home care system.

Seeing the critical gaps in accessible, reliable care inspired her to create a solution that empowers individuals and families to live more freely and confidently. Emma leads Whimble with a vision to reshape how our care systems function, ensuring that quality support is accessible for everyone, exactly when, where and how they need it most.

More information on panelists & accessibility accommodations to come soon.

Thank you to Elderado for joining us as a community partner for this event. Elderado is dedicated to making the process of finding the right senior care easier so you can spend less time searching for information and more time with your loved ones.
