✨The hotel arka itinerary

Write it Off
Put it on the page. Get ready to release. The hotel arka way.

Pranayama
Harness the power of your breath with practical tools to calm anxiety, soften the stress response, and bring your mind back into balance.

Yoga Flow
Release what your body has been holding. Move with intention to ease tension, support the gut–brain connection, restore your energy, and lift your mood.

A Facilitated Golden Hour Dance Party
Move freely. Laugh loudly. Celebrate fully. We close the evening in music, joy, and the timeless power of women moving together. A ritual that holds more power than we realise.

✨What to expect:

90 minutes of creating that cardinal connection between your gut and brain through somatic release, breathwork & yoga. Hotel arka wants to hand you the tools to create joy within yourselves, at the event and in your own practice.

A community of like-minded women showing up for an evening of reset and revelry.

✨Your instructor

SF's very own Kirin of Outdoor Yoga SF will be facilitating the entire event. Connect breath, body, and soul with the miraculous, ecstatic, and powerful elements of nature and awaken to the wonder and awe of being alive and embodied!

Our founder, Aikum, will share how she went from having SIBO/depression to creating a life of purpose. She spent the last 9 years finding a perfect protocol for nurturing the gut & mind connection.

✨Why join?

Hotel arka was created to hand you back a ritual to reduce cortisol. For women, cortisol and stress are among the biggest factors that affect gut health, and thereby affect mood, cognition, relationships, life satisfaction, and more.

Through guided release and flow, we want to create a space to allow you to feel human again.

🧘 Feel free to bring your own mat. Exact location shared upon sign-up.

Spots are limited. Grab yours soon!
