About Event

hi! i'm hosting a free, open workshop on how to build your personal OS with claude code — your own chief of staff for running your day to day and staying on top of everything. the meetings, the follow-ups, the decisions, the work that usually lives in ten different tabs.

what we'll cover (we only have an hour, so we're keeping it tight):

  • setup and connectors — installing claude code and wiring it into the tools you already run on (slack, notion, gmail, calendar, your CRM) so everything flows into one place

  • building your system — the personal OS i use to run my function as a founder, with skills, prompts, and workflows that compound over time

who this is for:
founders and operators who are drowning in context-switching. you don't need to know how to code. if you've ever wished you had a chief of staff who lived inside your tools and never forgot anything, this is for you.

come prepared (if you want to build along):

1. a paid claude account.

claude code only works with a paid plan (pro, max, or team — not the free one). if you don't have one, sign up at claude.ai before the workshop.

2. install claude code on your mac.

don't worry. you won't need to write any code. you'll just copy and paste one line. here's exactly how:

- open the terminal app. hold down the command key (⌘) and press the spacebar. a search bar will appear in the middle of your screen. type the word terminal and press return. a plain window with text will open. that's terminal.

- copy this line exactly: curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash

- paste it into the terminal window (click into the window, then press command + v) and press return.

- wait until it finishes and you see a fresh blank line. you're done installing.

3. sign in.

in that same terminal window, type the word: claude and press return. your web browser will open automatically and ask you to log in to your claude account. log in, then come back to terminal. you're signed in.

4. be logged into the tools we'll connect.

we'll hook up slack, notion, gmail, and google cal live during the workshop. you don't need to install anything for these. just make sure you're already logged into each one in your web browser before the workshop starts. that way, when we connect them, it's one click to approve.

if something goes wrong: type claude doctor into terminal and press return. it'll tell you what's missing. and if you get stuck, just show up, we'll sort it out together at the start!

don't stress if you can't get set up beforehand. the recording goes out after and you can build along then. but if you want to follow live, getting claude code installed ahead of time is the one thing that'll save you.

who i am:

i'm Lisa Popovici, co-founder and president at Siena, the AI CX operating system for consumer brands. we work with hundreds of brands including Spanx, FIGS, and Grüns. i've spent the last decade in ecommerce and the last three years building AI products that real brands actually use to run their CX in production.

i also write Lisa's AI edit, a weekly newsletter where i share my experiments with AI in a curated fashion.

i've been heads-down in claude code since it launched. this workshop is the version of the playbook i wish someone had handed me on day one.

the format:

60 minutes on zoom. live build, live Q&A, no slides longer than they need to be. recording will be sent to attendees after.

see you in the room!
