​Animal Dads: Leadership Lessons from the Wolf, the Eagle, and the Penguin

​At work, you already know how to lead through ambiguity. As a parent, do you lead the same way, or differently?

​This session pulls three parenting instincts from the animal kingdom, wolf, eagle, and emperor penguin, and uses them as a mirror for how we actually show up at home. No parenting theory, no guilt trip. Just three mental models and a group of fellow dads speaking honestly about where we land.

​We'll spend most of the hour in discussion, not lecture. Expect to leave with a clearer read on your own instincts and one new thing to try this week.
