金刚功,又称《八部金刚功》,是道教全真龙门派千年单传的秘术,由张至顺道长公开于世。它以《黄帝内经》阴阳五行为本,透过八套刚柔相济的动作,以刚性内劲之气疏通全身经脉、调整脊椎、平衡脏腑、祛病延年。
作为“长寿月”的核心养生干预之一,道家传统以天蒙蒙亮、太阳将出未出之时,寅时与卯时的交替时刻(4:30 - 5:30 am) 为金刚功的最佳练习时辰——阳气生发、经脉会集。考虑到大家出门时间,我们将本场体验调至上午 9:00 – 9:30 AM,从起势出发,逐步走过八个动作,以收工结尾,感受“刚”之中的发力、拉伸与生机。
这不仅是一套动作,更是一场关于身体的**“自由探索工作坊”**:

🌙 有闲暇时复测:我们会手把手教你八个动作的要领,鼓励你在晚间独立复练,亲自测试“刚性动功”对入睡、深睡与次日素质的微妙影响。
🔁 连续实验:金刚功“贵在坚持”,据传承者言连续三七二十一天可见身体变化。本次体验是一个起点,后续可加入社群打卡群。
无论你是否接触过道家功法,这都是一次用身体理解传统智慧、探索长寿奥秘的机会。

Jingang Gong (金刚功) — also known as the Eight Section Vajra Qigong (八部金刚功) — is a once-secret art of the Quanzhen Longmen (全真龙门) lineage of Taoism, transmitted singularly for a thousand years and made public in modern times by Daoist Master Zhang Zhishun (张至顺道长). Rooted in the yin–yang and five-element theory of the Huangdi Neijing (《黄帝内经》), its eight sequences blend firmness and softness, using vajra-like internal force (刚性内劲之气) to unblock the meridians, realign the spine, balance the organs, and dispel illness to prolong life.
As a core wellness intervention of "Longevity Month," Taoist tradition holds the threshold between Yin Shi and Mao Shi (4:30–5:30 AM) — when the sky first lightens and the sun has yet to rise — to be the ideal hour for Jingang Gong, as yang qi is born and the meridians converge. Considering everyone's commute, we've moved this session to 9:00–9:30 AM. Beginning with the opening posture (起势), we'll move step by step through all eight sections and finish with the closing posture (收工), feeling the power, stretch, and vitality contained within "firmness."
This is not merely a set of movements — it's a "Free Exploration Workshop" for the body:
☀️ Morning Wake-up: Observe how Jingang Gong awakens your yang qi and spine, and see whether the curve of your energy and vitality across the day is redrawn.
🌙 Re-test at your leisure: We'll teach you the essentials of all eight movements hand-by-hand, and encourage you to practice independently in the evening — personally testing how this "firm dynamic qigong (刚性动功)" subtly affects sleep onset, deep sleep, and next-day performance.
🔁 Continuity Experiment: Jingang Gong is "valued for its persistence" (贵在坚持) — lineage holders say noticeable changes appear after three weeks of seven days (21 consecutive days). This session is just the starting point; afterward you're welcome to join the community check-in group.
Whether or not you've encountered Taoist practices before, this is a chance to use your own body to understand traditional wisdom and explore the mysteries of longevity.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a curious mind; or bring your wearables (CGM, HRV ring, smartwatch, etc.) to capture your body's subtle feedback in the early Shanghai morning. Practicing on an empty stomach or after a light meal works best.
