

Spring Awakening - Mat Pilates
Spring is calling and what better way to welcome it than by waking up your body, moving with community, and nourishing yourself from the inside out?
To celebrate the start of Daylight Savings (hello, extra light!), mobius and BESA Pilates are joining forces for a morning of mat Pilates, fresh faces, and a communal lunch at Impact Kitchen.
The morning: Mat Pilates led by BESA instructors Giselle Khoury and Laura Shkembi. This session is designed to reconnect mind and body while sweeping out the mental and physical clutter. Welcome to all levels.
After the session, we’ll walk over to Impact Kitchen together for lunch. Real, whole food that makes you feel as good as the workout. Think plant-forward, gluten-free, no seed oils.
This is movement as community, not performance. Come as you are, leave feeling open.
What to know:
All levels welcome, total beginners included
BYOM, bring your own mat
Wear comfortable workout clothes
