東京・銀座／新橋の専用インドアコートで楽しむ、はじめての方が主役のピックルボールプレー会です。
忙しい日常に、ひと息ぶんの余白を。
あなたがあなたに戻る場所。
しっかり動いて、しっかり休む。夢中になって楽しんで、心に余白を生みましょう。
ルールはその場でゆるくお伝えします。ラリーやゲームを楽しんで、疲れたら自由に休憩。無理せず、自分のペースで参加できます。

当日の流れ
16:45 集合・受付（会場前にお集まりください）
17:00 プレー開始（自由形式・みんなでローテーション）
18:00 プレー終了
18:00〜 プレー後の余白タイム（自由参加）
汗が引くまで、その場でひと息。
話し足りない人は、そのまま近くでお茶や一杯へ。もちろん、まっすぐ帰る日があっていい。
参加費に含まれるもの
コート利用料（1時間）
パドル＆ボールの貸し出し（手ぶらでOK!）
銀座・新橋の専用インドアコートを、少人数で貸し切ります。思う存分ピックルを楽しんで、しっかりリフレッシュ。
持ち物・服装
室内コート用のシューズ（「ノンマーキング」タイプ、または靴底が白か青のテニスシューズ。ランニングシューズ・スニーカーは不可）。会場でレンタルできます（¥500）
動きやすい服装
タオル、飲み物
汗をかいても大丈夫です。会場に更衣室・シャワーがあります。

新橋駅から地下通路で行けます（東京メトロ銀座線の改札を出て右手、7番出口方面へ）
地上からは、JR新橋駅西口「SL広場」から柳通りを進み、「メルキュール東京日比谷ホテル」左手の通路から階段を下りてください

当日の写真・動画は、今後の告知やSNSで使用する場合があります。撮影NGの方は事前にお知らせください。
参加者のみなさんの撮影・SNSへの投稿も歓迎です。その際は、写り込んだ方のプライバシーに配慮し、顔がはっきり分かる写真を投稿するときは、ひと声かけてからお願いします。会場や周辺のお店のルールにも従ってください。
体調と安全について
ご自身のペースで、無理のないようにご参加ください。安全に配慮して運営しますが、ご参加中のけが・体調不良、お荷物の盗難や紛失については責任を負いかねます。貴重品はご自身で管理をお願いします。

A pause from your busy days. A place to come back to yourself.
Play pickleball on a dedicated indoor court in Ginza/Shimbashi — move hard, then rest properly. Get lost in the game, and let a little space open up in your mind.
Beginners are the main guests here — no experience needed. We'll walk you through the basics on the spot, so feel free to enjoy rallies and games at your own pace. If you get tired, it's fine to rest outside the court. Not pushing yourself is the whole point.
Schedule
16:45 Meet & check-in (in front of the venue)
17:00 Play begins (open format, everyone rotates)
18:00 Play ends
18:00– Post-game pause (optional)
After the game, a proper pause. Stay and chat, or head straight home — both are perfectly fine.
What's included
Court fee (1 hour)
Paddles & balls provided — just bring yourself
A private, small-group dedicated indoor court in Ginza/Shimbashi — play to your heart's content, and let it fully recharge you.
What to bring
Indoor shoes with non-marking soles, or tennis shoes with white or blue soles (running shoes and sneakers are not allowed). Rental available on site (¥500)
Comfortable clothes you can move in
Towel and a drink
No need to worry about breaking a sweat — there are changing rooms and showers on site, so you can head straight to whatever's next.

Reachable from Shimbashi Station via the underground passage (exit the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line gates, turn right and head toward Exit 7)
From street level: from the JR Shimbashi West Exit (SL Square), walk along Yanagi-dori and take the passage on the left side of Mercure Tokyo Hibiya, then go down the stairs

About YOHAKU place

Not home, not work — a third place. YOHAKU place is a community built around the pause in your busy days — spending that in-between time in your own way. Move when you feel like moving, rest when you feel like resting. Through easygoing time with fellow members, you can forget the noise of everyday life and simply be yourself.
Payment
JCB cards are currently not accepted. Please use Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Cancellation
Cancellations for personal reasons are non-refundable.

The session is hosted in Japanese. If you'd like support in English, please let us know in advance.
