​Future Leaders Fellowship Programme, an initiative by Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS) to nurture the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of the design sector.

​This 3-month developmental journey is designed to equip mid-level design professionals with the tools, mindset, and perspectives to lead transformative change in the industry. Structured across six sessions and complemented by one-on-one coaching, the programme integrates strategic design, vertical leadership development, and business acumen.

​We will be hosting an information session virtually on 11 Dec 2025 (Thursday) from 3:00pm to 3:30pm.

​We will share the programme objectives, structure, benefits, and how it supports your leadership journey. There will also be a Q&A segment to address any queries you may have about the curriculum, facilitators, or other aspects of the programme.

​Dates: Q1 2026
Venue: National Design Centre
Programme Fee: SGD 4,500 per participant (subsidised by DesignSingapore at 50%; full fee: SGD 9,000).
DBCS Member Benefit: Eligible DBCS members can receive up to SGD 200 off the programme fee.

Format: 6 core sessions over 3 months (bi-monthly)

• ​Sessions 1 & 6: Full-day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• ​Sessions 2–5: Half-day (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)

​Commitment Overview

• ​In-class contact hours: 30

• ​Leaders/guest speaker sessions: 4 hours

• ​Participant coaching: 2.5 hours × 20 pax = 50 hours

• ​Expected self-study: 6 hours

• ​Expected project work: 20 hours
