What It’s About
Being a working adult isn’t easy. Between navigating career changes, upskilling for jobs that didn’t even exist five years ago, and trying to "adult" in our lives outside of our careers, we all slip up:
Sent a very important email… without the attachment?
Applied for a role and accidentally addressed the wrong company?
Tried to “wing it” in a presentation and forgot your own slides?
Ignored your partner for your job, and lost them both?
Lost your friends whilst navigating your path?
These moments feel cringeworthy and even very painful in the moment but they’re proof that you’re out there trying.
As part of Thrive@Libraries 2025, which focuses on helping professionals thrive in a world of constant change, Fail-a-bration gives you space to:
