​Who: Anyone looking for support around career exploration, professional development, or job searching. You are encouraged to invite others.

​What: Bimonthly gatherings to provide support, connection and leadership opportunities among those who support gender equity.

Breakout rooms include:

• ​Linda Brandt — The Courage to Be Kind to Yourself: Self-compassion isn’t self-indulgence. It’s what gives us the courage to take risks, make mistakes, and live boldly.

• ​Christelle Soto-Suarez — If Trees Could Hear Your Thoughts: What would the trees hear if they could listen to the way you think about yourself? This Coaching-Infused Conversation invites you to notice your inner dialogue, imagine what you’d like it to sound like instead, and identify one small step toward thoughts that are fairer, healthier, and more helpful.
