In Balance, On Purpose is a two-hour Galentine’s wellness workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and care for your mind, body, and spirit—together.
We’ll begin with a guided reflection and conversation on boundaries, self-love, and ambition led by Dayna Yogi, Certified Coach and founder of Life Work Shi. This session invites you to redefine success in a way that feels grounded, nourishing, and aligned.
From there, we’ll transition into a gentle, restorative movement session with Paulina Lawson, founder of Practice with Paulina. Expect slow, feel-good movement that helps release tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling supported in your body.
Please bring yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes to move in.
✨ Each participant will also walk away with a thoughtful Valentine’s gift, curated as a small reminder to care for yourself long after the workshop ends.

Meet Your Instructions
Paulina Lawson - Certified Pilates Instructor
Paulina is a Pilates instructor specializing in posture restoration and corrective exercise. She helps reduce pain and strain in desk heavy lifestyles and applies her Pilates background to injury prevention work addressing workplace movement patterns. Paulina works independently and offers private, individualized Pilates sessions in Kaka’ako.
Dayna Yogi - Lifeworks HI
Dayna is the Owner and Certified Coach of Lifeworks HI, a Hawaiʻi-based leadership coaching and consulting firm. She works with organizations through leadership development programs, workshops, and process consulting to build confident leaders and stronger systems. Drawing on experience across multiple industries, Dayna is committed to creating lasting impact and leaving her home better than she found it.
