Join the CFW Emerging Leaders Programme – Liverpool Class of 2027.
Construction for Women is selecting 100 exceptional women in the first five years of their built-environment careers to form the Liverpool Class of 2027.
The programme brings together emerging talent from construction, property, infrastructure, engineering, development, consultancy, design and the wider built environment for a year of leadership development, mentoring, industry access, networking and career opportunities.
Places are selective and allocated through an application and nomination process. Employers may nominate up to five women.
Successful applicants will receive a separate email confirming their place and providing further event details.
Who can apply?
The programme is for women who:
Are within the first five years of their built-environment career
Demonstrate ambition and leadership potential
Are committed to developing their career and contributing to the future of the industry
Work across construction, property, infrastructure, engineering, development, consultancy, design or the wider built environment

You will be asked for some brief information about your current role, career stage, experience and why you would like to join the programme.
Priority applications close: 01 October 2026.

Employer nominations
Employers can nominate up to five women within their organisation who they believe have the potential to become future leaders in the built environment.
Nominations are reviewed by Construction for Women, with successful nominees invited to confirm their place.
